Strela
Set on a 680 m² site in Puerto Morelos, Strela is a seven-storey multifamily residential development of 20 apartments, designed to make the most of the views towards the sea and the mangrove. Its architecture evolves from a solid base, defined by materials such as stone and metal, into a lighter and more open composition that encourages the relationship between the interior spaces and the natural setting.
The project includes a rooftop terrace with amenities, along with parking areas and controlled access for residents. Its façade composition — marked by volumes, cantilevers and a careful modulation of openings — gives rise to a contemporary proposal that balances functionality, identity and a close connection with the landscape that characterises Puerto Morelos.
