Secrets Moxché & Impression Moxché
Developed together with the renowned firms MM Desarrollos, Urbana and Maat Handasa, the project comprises 700 rooms split between two brands of the successful AM Resorts chain: Secrets (500 rooms) and Secrets Impression (200 suites). It brings together fourteen fine-dining restaurants, a luxury spa, rooftop pools, event halls, a beach club, a nightclub, natural pools and rooftop skywedding areas, among other amenities. MAAR won the 2015 competition to develop the hotel's concept and master plan — the project that opened the door to large-scale work.
