Piedra de Mar
Set on a 600 m² site in Puerto Morelos, Piedra de Mar is an eight-storey multifamily residential development of 34 apartments, conceived to favour views towards the sea and the mangrove. Its architectural approach picks up the essence of the Piedra de Sol project, reinterpreting its composition through a layout organised along five main axes that bring balance, functionality and continuity to the design.
Service areas and parking sit on the ground floor, lifting the residential levels to enhance the views and the privacy of every home. On the roof, a terrace with amenities and residents' spaces offers panoramic views of the surroundings, completing a proposal where architecture, landscape and quality of life come together naturally.
