De la Mar
Born from an introspective look at Cancún — what it is, what exists and what is still to come — De la Mar takes a holistic approach to living. The idea behind the project is rooted in human fulfilment, which is why it brings together every area a person needs to live fully. It comprises 127 apartments across 13 layouts, each carefully studied for a specific buyer profile. The project also includes amenities such as two rooftop pools, a panoramic top-floor bar, a covered ground-floor pool, gym, spa, cinema, owners' lounge, green bar, BBQ spot, kids club, pets club, dock and boats, reception and an event hall, among others.
