Residential architecture
The residence is organised across different levels to draw a clear line between private and social life. The bedrooms stay on the ground floor, creating a more intimate zone, while the living room, kitchen and dining room move to the upper levels to take advantage of the views and become the social heart of the house.
The brief is rounded out by a rooftop with a speakeasy-style bar, an independent office with direct street access, and a main kitchen backed by a separate prep kitchen. The architecture ties these spaces together through a functional layout and a constant relationship with the views and the setting of Puerto Cancún.
Interior design
The proposal combines wood and stone textures with a restrained, timeless palette, incorporating custom-designed furniture and elements to create warm, sophisticated and functional settings. Each space responds to a specific way of living in the house, balancing privacy, togetherness and connection with the surroundings.
