Located in Puerto Cancún, Thompson Private Residences is a development conceived by MAAR Arquitectura as a benchmark for luxury oceanfront residences. The project earned recognition in the Virtual Projects category at the 14th National Architecture and Interior Design Award, AAI México, establishing itself as an example of how architectural conceptualisation can communicate vision and quality before anything is built.

The proposal stands out for its triangular design, which responds precisely to the site and its conditions, guaranteeing panoramic views towards the sea and the marina. Each residence is conceived to combine generous space, comfort and direct contact with the landscape, reinforcing the idea of human architecture that guides our studio.

The AAI award recognises the project’s ability to redefine the residential experience in Cancún, with open spaces, generous terraces and a design that speaks to contemporary life. It also sits within the international trend in luxury real estate that combines sophistication with sustainability.
