MAAR Celebrates Success at the International Property Awards 2024-2025

We are delighted to announce that MAAR Arquitectura Humana and MM Desarrollos have been honoured at the prestigious International Property Awards 2024, receiving recognition in the Hotel Architecture, Hotel Interior and New Hotel Construction and Design categories for the Impression Moxché and Secrets Moxché projects.

These awards represent a significant achievement, highlighting the excellence in design and construction that defines us and our commitment to creating unique, sustainable spaces.

The Hotel Architecture category rewards innovation and functionality in the structure of the hotel, recognising our focus on bringing the designs into harmony with the natural setting of the Riviera Maya, Mexico. The Hotel Interior award, in turn, recognises the creation of sophisticated, comfortable and visually striking environments, designed to give guests memorable experiences. Finally, the New Hotel Construction and Design category underlines our meticulous work in building new hotels that combine modern techniques with a deep respect for nature and local heritage.

This award reflects the effort, dedication and talent of our whole team, who have worked tirelessly to bring these projects to life. It is recognition not only for us, but for everyone who made each detail possible. We are proud to share this achievement with you and to keep moving towards a future where architecture elevates the human experience and respects its surroundings.
