At MAAR Arquitectura Humana we are proud to announce that we have been honoured with the prestigious APR 2025 UDAD Award (Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards 2025) for our Secrets Moxché & Impression Moxché project. This international recognition rewards innovation, sustainability and excellence in luxury hospitality architecture.

The APR 2025 UDAD Award singles out the most outstanding architectural projects worldwide, assessing their impact on their setting and on the experience of the people who use them. For us, the award reflects our commitment to creating iconic spaces where luxury and nature live together in harmony.

Located in the Riviera Maya, Secrets Moxché & Impression Moxché redefines hotel architecture by bringing together sustainable materials, natural elements and a layout that maximises the connection with its setting. The monumental entrance structure, aligned with the winter solstice, and the generous terraces with panoramic views reflect our commitment to a design that fuses culture, luxury and nature.

The use of limestone, marble and certified timber, together with native planting and large windows, allows a harmonious integration with the landscape. Its innovative design of pools and water features, including an artificial beach, recreates the essence of the Caribbean in an exclusive and sustainable setting.
