MAAR Arquitectura Wins at the DNA Paris Design Awards 2025

We are proud to share that MAAR Arquitectura has been recognised at the DNA Paris Design Awards 2025, one of the most important international competitions in contemporary design and architecture.

The winning project, Thompson Private Residences Puerto Cancun, received the recognition in the Big Scale Building category. Conceived as a high-end proposal in contemporary residential design, this development facing the Puerto Cancún marina stands out for its precise layout, its understanding of the site and a material sophistication that redefines the experience of living in the Caribbean with exclusivity.

The DNA Paris Awards celebrate the best of international design across five main disciplines: architecture, interior design, landscape design, graphic design and product design. Based in the French capital, the awards draw studios, firms and creatives from all over the world each year, assessing the quality, innovation and vision of every project.

Receiving this award reinforces our conviction that architecture is not only designed: it is lived, felt and transformed through every detail.
