MAAR Arquitectura Wins at the 9th Peninsular Award of AAI México

At MAAR Arquitectura we are proud to celebrate winning the 9th Peninsular Award of AAI México, a prize that recognises architectural excellence in the region and singles out the studios driving innovative, sustainable proposals of high aesthetic value.

This year we were honoured in the Virtual Residential Architecture category for our Thompson Private Residences Puerto Cancun project, a proposal that combines contemporary design, functionality and a vision deeply connected to its setting.

Located in one of the most privileged areas of Mexico, Thompson Private Residences Puerto Cancun was conceived to reflect a sophisticated, modern way of life in balance with the coastal landscape. The project brings together clean lines, elegant geometries and carefully chosen materials to create a residential experience that fuses comfort, beauty and warmth.

The Peninsular Award from AAI México is an important recognition of the work, dedication and commitment of the MAAR Arquitectura team. The achievement reaffirms our mission to design spaces that generate value, respect their setting and maintain an innovative approach at every stage of the creative process.

We thank AAI México for this honour and reaffirm our commitment to architectural excellence, to innovation and to creating projects that make a difference both visually and functionally.

At MAAR Arquitectura we believe every project is an opportunity to turn ideas into memorable spaces. This award reinforces our vision and encourages us to keep developing architectural proposals that inspire, connect and elevate the experience of dwelling.
